এখনও না। গাজোল ও মালদা শহরে (৪ কিমি) সরাসরি হোম ডেলিভারির আগাম বুকিং চলছে, ডেলিভারি শুরু জানুয়ারি–ফেব্রুয়ারি ২০২৭ (লক্ষ্য)। গাজোলে নিজস্ব কারখানায় উৎপাদন শুরু হলে (পরিকল্পনা: ২০২৭-এর শুরু) প্রথম ধাপের এলাকায় পরিবেশকের মাধ্যমে দোকানে সরবরাহ শুরু হবে। তাই এখন আবেদন নেওয়া হচ্ছে।Not yet. Pre-booking is open for direct home delivery in Gazole and Malda town (4 km), starting Jan–Feb 2027 (target). Shop supply through distributors starts in the phase 1 areas once our own factory at Gazole begins production (planned for early 2027) — which is why we are taking applications now.

মার্জিন বা লাভ কত?What is the margin?
পণ্য অনুযায়ী মার্জিন আলাদা। লিখিত রেট-কার্ডে পরিবেশক ও দোকানদারের মার্জিন স্পষ্ট লেখা থাকবে — আলোচনার সময় দেওয়া হবে।Margins differ by product. A written rate card with distributor and retailer margins is shared during the discussion.
টাকা লেনদেন কীভাবে? ধারে মাল পাওয়া যাবে?How do payments work? Is credit available?
শুরুতে লেনদেন নগদ বা UPI/ব্যাংকে, GST বিলসহ। ব্যবসার রেকর্ড দেখে পরে ক্রেডিট-সুবিধা বিবেচনা করা হবে।At launch, trading is in cash or by UPI/bank transfer, with GST invoices. Credit may be considered later based on the trading record.
