- এই website-এ কোনো account বা password নেই। আমরা আপনার তথ্য কখনও বিক্রি বা ভাড়া দিই না।
- আপনার নাম, লোকেশন, অর্ডার বা পরিবেশক-আবেদনের তথ্য আমাদের কাছে আসে শুধু তখনই, যখন আপনি নিজে WhatsApp বা ইমেইলে পাঠান।
- টাকা দেন আপনার UPI অ্যাপে বা ক্যাশে। আপনার ব্যাংক, কার্ড বা UPI PIN আমরা কখনও দেখি না, চাইও না।
- কোনো বিজ্ঞাপন বা tracking cookie নেই।
১. আমরা কারা

৩. অন্য যেসব পরিষেবা ব্যবহার হয়
Website চালাতে নীচের পরিষেবাগুলো ব্যবহার হয়। প্রত্যেকে নিজের গোপনীয়তা নীতি অনুযায়ী তথ্য ব্যবহার করে:
- WhatsApp (Meta) — অর্ডার পাঠানো ও কথা বলা।
- Google Maps ও Google Fonts — ম্যাপ, জায়গা খোঁজা ও লেখার font। এতে আপনার IP ঠিকানা ও খোঁজার লেখা Google-এর কাছে যায়।
- OpenStreetMap, Nominatim ও unpkg — Google ম্যাপ না চললে বিকল্প ফ্রি ম্যাপ ও জায়গা খোঁজা।
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — চ্যাট সহায়কের উত্তর তৈরি।
- Hostinger — website ও server hosting।
- UPI অ্যাপ (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm ইত্যাদি) ও আপনার ব্যাংক — টাকা দেওয়া।
৪. আমরা যা করি না
- আপনার তথ্য বিক্রি, ভাড়া বা বিজ্ঞাপনের জন্য অন্য কাউকে দিই না।
- Website-এ কোনো বিজ্ঞাপন, analytics বা tracking cookie নেই।
- কার্ড নম্বর, ব্যাংকের তথ্য, UPI PIN বা OTP কখনও চাই না। Gour Fresh-এর নামে কেউ এসব চাইলে দেবেন না, আমাদের জানান।
৫. কতদিন রাখা হয়
- WhatsApp-এ আসা অর্ডার ও পেমেন্টের তথ্য: হিসাব, GST ও আইনি প্রয়োজনে যতদিন দরকার।
- পরিবেশক-আবেদন: আলোচনা চলা পর্যন্ত; নিয়োগ না হলে আপনি চাইলে মুছে দেওয়া হবে।
- চ্যাটের লেখা: আমাদের server-এ রাখা হয় না।
- চ্যাটের সীমা মাপার রেকর্ড (IP-র hash ও সময়): ৩ দিন পরে নিজে থেকে মুছে যায়।
- Server log: hosting কোম্পানির সাধারণ নিয়ম অনুযায়ী।
৬. আপনার অধিকার
ভারতের Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 অনুযায়ী আপনি আমাদের কাছে থাকা আপনার তথ্য দেখতে, ভুল থাকলে ঠিক করতে বা মুছে ফেলতে বলতে পারেন, এবং সম্মতি তুলে নিতে পারেন। নীচের নম্বরে WhatsApp বা ফোন করে জানান; আমরা যুক্তিসঙ্গত সময়ের মধ্যে উত্তর দেব। হিসাব বা আইনের কারণে কিছু রেকর্ড নির্দিষ্ট সময় রাখতে হতে পারে।
লোকেশনের অনুমতি যেকোনো সময় browser-এর settings থেকে বন্ধ করতে পারেন। তখনও ম্যাপে হাতে পিন দিয়ে অর্ডার করা যায়।
৭. নিরাপত্তা
Website HTTPS-এ চলে। চ্যাটের API key শুধু server-এ থাকে, browser-এ নয়। আমরা দরকারের চেয়ে বেশি তথ্য নিই না। তবে internet-এ কোনো ব্যবস্থাই ১০০% নিরাপদ নয়, তাই চ্যাটে ব্যক্তিগত বা টাকার তথ্য লিখবেন না।
৮. শিশুদের তথ্য
১৮ বছরের কম বয়সীদের অনুরোধ, অর্ডার করতে হলে অভিভাবকের মাধ্যমে করুন।
৯. এই নীতির পরিবর্তন
নীতি বদলালে এই পাতায় নতুন তারিখ সহ জানানো হবে।

- There are no accounts or passwords on this website. We never sell or rent your information.
- Your name, location, order or distributor-application details reach us only when you send them yourself on WhatsApp or by email.
- You pay in your own UPI app or in cash. We never see or ask for your bank, card or UPI PIN.
- No advertising or tracking cookies.
1. Who we are
Gour Fresh (গৌর ফ্রেশ) — a dairy & beverage company, Jamtala, near NH 512, Gazole, Malda 732124, West Bengal, India. FSSAI Reg. No. 22825236000523. This policy covers the gourfresh.net website, its ordering system and chat assistant.
2. What we collect, why, and where it goes

Cart items stay only in the open page and are cleared when you close it.
3. Services we use
The website relies on the services below. Each handles data under its own privacy policy:
- WhatsApp (Meta) — sending orders and talking to us.
- Google Maps and Google Fonts — maps, place search and fonts. Your IP address and search text reach Google.
- OpenStreetMap, Nominatim and unpkg — a free backup map and place search when Google Maps is unavailable.
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — generates the chat assistant's replies.
- Hostinger — website and server hosting.
- UPI apps (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.) and your bank — payments.
4. What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent or share your information for advertising.
- There are no ads, analytics or tracking cookies on the website.
- We never ask for card numbers, bank details, UPI PIN or OTP. If anyone asks for these in Gour Fresh's name, don't share them — tell us.
5. How long we keep it
- Orders and payment details received on WhatsApp: as long as needed for accounts, GST and legal requirements.
- Distributor applications: while the discussion is ongoing; if you are not appointed, deleted on request.
- Chat text: not stored on our server.
- Chat-limit records (IP hash and time): deleted automatically after 3 days.
- Server logs: per our hosting provider's standard practice.
6. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and withdraw consent. Message or call us at the number below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Some records may need to be kept for a period for accounting or legal reasons.
You can turn off location permission at any time in your browser settings — you can still order by placing the pin on the map by hand.
7. Security
The website runs on HTTPS. The chat API key stays on our server, never in your browser. We collect only what we need. No system on the internet is 100% secure, so please don't type personal or payment details in the chat.
8. Children
If you are under 18, please order through a parent or guardian.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page with a new date.
